Everyday we wake up and get out of bed to practically do the same old thing at work, school, or any other place. Life is basically a pattern that is repeated throughout life, but is life supposed to be a pattern? I don’t believe life is to be a boring and strict routine, but I believe life should be a passion for the glory of God.
Everywhere we go, God is there. We can’t go anywhere without God being there. There’s no way to escape God and His gift of eternal grace. If we are Christians or non-Christians, God is always there with a package of grace. God is ready 24/7 to give us grace everyday. God gives us so much grace that I believe that grace is overflowing in our spiritual life.
After we have become Christians (or “Jesus Freaks” as I like to call it), we will wake up and get up of bed again to go to work, school, or wherever else to do whatever we have to do. This might be a pattern or routine, but we should have a joy and passion in what we do and what we say and how we act because we are “Jesus Freaks”. I believe that we are to be smiling everyday and that we should rejoice everyday as well throughout our day. Whenever I smile, I feel like a light in a dark place. If we are to be the “light of the world”, then we should feel like it by smiling as well as “shining in the dark”.
As Christians, we are to never to be the same sinners as well as we can. Everyday, we are to also to try to change. Praying is the request to change and the Bible is the key to change. As the world falls apart, we should pray for ourselves to stay strong and to change from the world’s ways. Along with praying, reading our Bibles will help up stand our ground against the devil’s tricks and temptations.
Let’s everyday live our lives for God’s name. Let’s have a shout for this name. We are the kingdom of God and we are to expand the kingdom like the Roman empire did, but even bigger. Let’s shine our light and let’s smile. Be glad and happy because we are the people of God. Let’s go out and even if we have to do the same old thing at work or school or wherever else, let’s tweak it up with a smile and with passion.
